Android 7.1.2 Nougat based MIUI 9 Beta ROM released for Xiaomi Redmi 4A
Xiaomi recently started rolling out Android Nougat based MIUI 9 for eligible devices, however, the Redmi 4A was omitted from the list. To remind you, the Redmi 4A was launched in India back in March 2017 running MIUI 8 based Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Having said that, the Redmi 4A has finally got some attention, as Xiaomi has pushed MIUI Global Beta 7.11.16, which is based on Android 7.1.2. The MIUI 9 beta arrives as Android version 7.1.2.N2G47H and includes October 2017 security patch. Check out the list of new features and changes below.
Do note that this build for Redmi 4A is in beta phase, so it might take a month or two for Xiaomi to release Nougat update to stable ROM users. However, if you're impatient, you can download the Recovery ROM here (Link) and flash it using Updater method, or download the Fastboot ROM (Link) to flash it using Fastboot method.Highlights

Chinese language can be seen in Mi Video (11-09)
