BSNL Rakhi pe Saugaat offer: 1GB free data, unlimited voice calls on-net at Rs. 74
To mark the festival of Raksha Bandhan, state run telecom service provider BSNL has introduced a new Rakhi special plan for pre-paid subscribers called 'Rakhi Pe Saugaat' priced at Rs. 74.
The Rakhi Pe Saugaat plan has a validity of only five days and offers 1GB free data per day, and unlimited voice calls on net, along with Rs. 74 talk value to other networks. The offer will launch on August 3, and will be applicable for only 12 days (until August 15), as it has been launched exclusively for the festival of Rakhi.
R.K.Mittal, Director (CM) BSNL Board said “maintaining its tradition BSNL is offering such cheapest tariffs on festivities”
BSNL also introduced several other combo packs of denomination Rs. 389, Rs. 189 and Rs. 289, that offers up to 18 percent extra talk value along with 1 GB free data.
Apart from this, BSNL offers a host of interesting plans for its prepaid subscribers:
It's worth mentioning that, some of these packs offer unlimited data (per day), but once you have exhausted the per day data limit you will have to browse the internet at reduced speed of 80kbps.
- Triple ACE 333 pack: 3GB data per day for 90 days
- Sixer 666 pack: 2GB data per day for 60 days + unlimited voice calls to any network
- Chauka 444 pack: 4GB of 3G data for 90 days
- NehlePe Dehla 395 pack: 2GB of 3G data per day for 71 days + unlimited voice calls
- Dil Khol k Bhol 349 pack: 2GB of 3G data per day for 28 dayswith unlimited voice calls
The launch of these plans comes as an answer to Reliance Jio's revolutionary data plans, which is setting new standards in telecom industry.
