Intex Aqua Lions 3 with Android Nougat, 4000mAh battery launched at Rs. 6,499


Intex is expanding its Aqua line with the launch of Aqua Lions 3 in India, named after Intex-owned franchise Gujarat Lions and is targeted towards the fans of the team. It runs Android Nougat and packs a massive 4000mAh battery, and is pre-loaded with Swiftkey keyboard, that has support for 22 Indian languages and Hinglish.

The Intex Aqua Lions 3 comes with 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with Dragontrail Glass protection and is powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor backed by Mali-T720 MP2 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

The camera department includes 8MP front and rear cameras, both assisted by LED flash. In terms of connectivity, the device supports dual-SIM, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.

Priced at Rs. 6,499, the Intex Aqua Lions 3 comes in Black and Gold hues, and will be available across the country through offline and online channels. At this price range, the smartphone would compete with Moto C Plus, Moto E3 Power, Xiaomi Redmi 4 & 4A.
