Oukitel K10000 Pro with 10000mAh battery releasing in June


China based smartphone maker Oukitel released the world's first smartphone boasting a massive 10000mAh battery back in 2015. Now the company is gearing up to launch a followup model called the K10000 Pro.

Similar to Oukitel K10000, the K10000 Pro will also pack a giant 10000mAh battery, but will be slightly lighter and get upgraded specs.

The Oukitel K10000 Pro will weigh 292.5g, which is about 27.5g lighter than it processor. It will have 5.5-inch Full HD Gorilla Glass display, 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The device will ship with 12V/2A charger, which Oukitel claims can fully charge the K10000 Pro in about three hours. It will also have a fingerprint scanner at the back. There is no word on camera specs and Android version.

For comparison, the K10000 offers entry-level specs including HD display, MediaTek MT6753 chip, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 8MP/2MP cameras.

The Oukitel K10000 Pro will be launched in China in early June.
