LG G6 lands in India and Europe on April 24, pre-bookings open in India
After Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, the next major flagship launch in India will be of the LG G6. LG today, has announced that it will launch the G6 in the country on April 24 at an event in New Delhi. On the same day, the LG G6 is also arriving at 24 European countries on 33 carriers including UK, Sweden, Finland, France and Germany.
Meanwhile, ahead of the official India launch,the LG G6 is now available for pre-booking on LG's website or through your nearest stores ahead of its official India launch. The company has also revealed the launch offers for G6.

Additionally, Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom, has spilled beans of LG G6 pricing and availability details. According to the retailer, the G6 will carry price tag of Rs. 51,990 (MOP) and will be available for purchase starting April 29. That's a week before Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ hits the market in India, on May 5.

To recap the specs of LG G6, it sports 5.7-inch QHD+ FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ration and screen-to-body ratio of about 90 percent. It is also waterproof (IP68 rating) and is the world's first smartphone to boast Dolby Vision technology.
As far as other specs are concerned, the G6 has Snapdragon 821 chip, 4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB storage options, dual-13MP rear camera (one for wide-angle shots with 125-degree lens and f/2.4 aperture, and the other for regular shots with 71-degree lens) 5MP 100-degree lens f/2.2 front camera, fingerprint scanner, and 3300mAh battery. It will run Android Nougat out of the box.
