Gionee M6S Plus launching on April 24, dual-camera S10 coming soon


Gionee is gearing up to launch two new smartphones soon.  One of them is the M6S Plus, which received TENAA certification last month. The company has announced that the M6S Plus will launch on April 24 in China. The M6S Plus teaser shared by Gionee suggests that it will have an encrypted chip to secure user's personal data.

According to TENAA, the Gionee M6S Plus will feature 6-inch Full HD display, 2GHz octa-core processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, 12MP/8MP cameras, fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM slots and 6020mAh battery. It will run Android Marshmallow based Amigo OS 3.5.




Additionally another smartphone called Gionee S10 was recently certified by China's TENAA. It is the successor of S9 and boasts dual camera setup.

As per the listing, the Gionee S10 will feature 5.5-inch Full HD display, 2GHz octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 13MP dual rear cameras, 16MP front camera, fingerprint scanner and 3700mAh battery. It will ship with the latest Android Nougat software, and will be available in Black and Gold hues.

The launch date of Gionee S10 is unknown, but it is expected to break cover in May.
