Jio introduces prime membership: extends free service for Rs. 99, monthly tarrif just Rs. 303

Reliance Jio has finally crossed 100 million subscriber in just 170 days thanks to the Happy New Year offer, which provided unlimited data and voice calling.

Speaking of Happy New Year offer, Ambani did not extend the offer by another three months, but confirmed that it would end on March 31.

However, Ambani has announced a new Jio Prime membership for Jio users, under which they can enjoy the benefits of Happy New Year offer for another year, till March 31, 2018 by paying Rs. 303 per month. Existing and new Jio users can enrol for Jio Prime membership between March 1 and March 31, 2017 by paying Rs. 99. The membership can be activated via MyJio app, Jio.com or retail stores. 

The benefits of the membership include unlimited data (1GB FUP per day), voice calling and access to Jio's premium app suite. Apart from Jio Prime membership, the regular Jio tariff plans will also be available from April 1.
