Micromax launches 4G VoLTE enabled Vdeo 1, Vdeo 2


Micromax has introduced a new Vdeo line up of smartphones wih the launch of Vdeo1 and Vdeo 2. Both are affordable smartphone running Android 6.0 Marshmallow with dual-SIM slots and support for 4G and VoLTE (Voice over LTE). It also comes pre-loaded with Google's Duo video calling app

The Micromax Vdeo 1 features a compact 4-inch WVGA display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. It gets 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 2MP front facing camera. It is backed by 1600mAh battery and supports dual-SIMs, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity.

The Micromax Vdeo 2 on the other hand comes with a slightly bigger 4.5-inch WVGA display and 1800mAh battery. The rest of the specs are similar to Vdeo 1.

The Micromax Vdeo1 and Vdeo 2 are priced at Rs. 1,440 and Rs. 4,990 respectively.  Both phones come bundled with JIO sim which offers three months of free data, voice calling a free access to Jio's app suite.

Micromax says that it will expand the Vdeo line-up with the launch of Vdeo3 and Vdeo4 smartphones in the coming months.
