Honor Holly 3 is Honor's first Made in India smartphone, priced at Rs. 9,999


Huawei sub-brand Honor today launched the Honor 8 (with dual rear cameras) and Honor 8 Smart in India. In addition, the brand also launched its first made in India smartphone called Honor Holly 3. The handset has been priced at Rs. 9,999 and will be available across channels in the country.

The Honor Holly 3 comes with an 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz octa-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card.

For photography, there's 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 8MP front camera for capturing selfies and video calling. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow based EMUI 4.1 and supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity.

The handset is backed by 3100mAh battery, which promises 1.74 days of battery life with average use and up to 1.17 days of battery life with heavy usage. The handset comes in Black, White and Gold hues.

At Rs. 9,999, the Honor Holly 3 will compete with Redmi 3s Prime, Moto G4 Play, Moto E3 Power, Lenovo A7700 and LeEco Le 1s Eco.
