Lenovo K6, K6 Power, K6 Note with Snadpragon 430 SoC announced


Lenovo has announced a trio of K6 series smartphone dubbed K6, K6 Power and K6 Note at IFA 2016, Berlin. The Lenovo K6 and K6 Power share the same specs, except for the battery, while the K6 Power is the pick of the lot with bigger display and more RAM.

All the phone sports a metal unibody design, gets dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE support, and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. They are powered by Qualcomm's 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor complemented by Adreno 505 GPU. There's also fingerprint scanner present on the back of the trio.

The Lenovo K6 and K6 Power have 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display, while the K6 Note has a bigger 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display.

Individually, the Lenovo K6 includes 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB storage, microSD card slot, 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 8MP front facing camera and 3000mAh battery.

The Lenovo K6 Power comes in two variants – 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage and 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage. It also gets a bigger 4000mAh battery. The rest of the specs are same as K6.

Lastly, the 5.5-inch Lenovo K6 Note comes with either 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM. On-board storage is 32GB RAM, with microSD card support. For photography it gets 16MP rear shooter with dual-tone LED flash and 8MP front snapper. It is fueled by 4000mAh battery.

The Lenovo K6, K6 Power and K6 Note will comes in Dark Grey, Gold and Silver hues. The phones are expected to be available starting this month. Lenovo did not reveal the pricing details.
