Intex Cloud Tread with hexa-core processor, 3G launched for Rs. 4,999


Intex after launching the entry-level 4-inch Aqua Eco 4G and Aqua Viturbo, has now launched a new budget 3G smartphone dubbed Cloud Tread in India. The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and offers decent specs.

The Intex Cloud Tread features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Dragon Trail Glass protection and is powered by 1.5GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT6591 processor backed by Mali 450 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

For photography, it gets 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel camera on the front. Connectivity duties are handled by dual-SIM slots, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is backed by 2200mAh battery.

Priced at Rs. 4,999, the Intex Cloud Tread will be available for purchase exclusively from Snapdeal via flash sale starting August 30. It comes in Grey or Champagne color options.
