Samsung Galaxy Note7 pre-orders kick off in Dubai, more official renders surface

Ahead of the August 2 announcement, the tech world is dealing with tsunami of leaks and rumors relating to Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note7, and it doesn't seem to stop. We have already seen the Galaxy Note7 dressed in Black Onyx, Silver Titanium and Blue Coral colors, and now press renders of a new Gold colored version of the phablet has surfaced online.

The newly leaked press renders also shows two other colors (Silver and Blue) of Galaxy Note 7 as well accompanied by the S Pen. The new renders doesn't reveal anything and shows us what already we known, including the rounded design, edge-to-edge curved display and iris scanner.

As for the specs, if rumors are to be believed the Galaxy Note 7 will feature 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB storage, microSD card slot, 12MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, heart rate sensor, fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE and USB Type-C port. As for the battery capacity, latest rumor claims that Galaxy Note7 will pack 3500mAh battery.

The Galaxy Note 7 unveiling will take place in New York at 11am EDT (8:30pm IST) on August. The phone is rumored to go on sale on the same day of launch in select countries and Dubai could be one of them.

Samsung has started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 7 in Dubai. Customers can pre-order the phone by making a deposit of AED 500 (Rs. 9,000) until August 1, and be the first to own the phone when it launches next month. Those who pre-order will get a free 128GB microSD card with the Galaxy Note7. Unfortunately the pricing was not disclosed.
