Lenovo Vibe K5 Note landing in India on August 1

We were expecting Lenovo to launch the K5 Note today in India, but that did not happen. Instead Lenovo announced that the K5 Note will land in India on August 1.

Lenovo K5 Note is the successor of the K4 Note and K3 Note, both which are very popular smartphone in the Rs. 10,000 price segment. The K5 Note was unveiled earlier this year in China for CNY 1099 that is around Rs. 11,300, so we expect it to be priced competitively in the country.

The Lenovo K5 Note comes with 5.5-inch Full HD display, MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt expandable storage, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Android 5.1 Lollipop, fingerprint scanner and 3500mAh battery.

The international K5 Note variant could feature 3GB RAM and run Android Marshmallow. It will also feature TheaterMax mode for immersive VR experience when used with VR headset.
