ZTE nubia Z11 Max with 6-inch display, Snapdragon 652 SoC gets official


ZTE has added a new member to its nubia lineup with the launch of nubia Z11 Max in China. The 6-inch phone sports a premium metal unibody design with slim bezels on the sides, and has a fingerprint sensor on the back.

The ZTE nubia Z11 features a huge 6-inch Full HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED 2.5D display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor, backed by Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB RAM. On-board storage is 64GB, which can be expanded via microSD card.

It gets 16-megapixel Sony IMX298 rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, 6P lens and f/2.0 aperture and 8-megapixel front facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle capture.

Connectivity duties are handled by 4G LTE w/ VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS+GLONASS and USB Type-C. It has Hybrid dual-SIM slot, which means the second slot can be used either as microSD card slot or SIM slot. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with nubia UI 3.9.9 on top, comes with Dolby audio powered speakers and and packs 4000mAh battery.


ZTE has also introduced a Cristiano Ronaldo Collector's Edition of nubia Z11 Max. The special edition sports a laser curved Ronalodo's signature and image on back of the phone. The entire package includes a special case, back cover, earphones, selfie stick, exclusive wallpapers and more.

The ZTE nubia Z11 Max is priced at CNY 1999 ($304 | Rs. 20,000), and will go on sale starting from June 16. The nubia Z11 Max Cristiano Ronaldo collector's edition costs CNY 2299 ($349 | Rs. 23,500) and will be available starting from June 18.
