Lenovo expands it Yoga lineup convertibles with Yoga 510, Yoga 710


So far, Lenovo's MWC 2016 product portfolio includes Vibe K5 and K5 Plus smartphones, three Tab 3 Android tablets and a 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet, the Ideapad MIIX 3. In addition, Lenovo announced two convertible laptop, the Yoga 510 and Yoga 710 running Windows 10. Similar to other Yoga devices, the Yoga 510 and Yoga 710 comes with 360-degree rotatable hinge, which allows them to be used in several modes including laptop, tablet, stand and tent.

The Lenovo Yoga 510 (will sell as Flex 4 in the U.S market) comes in 14-inch and 15-inch screen models bearing Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display resolution. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core i7 skylake processors, up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB SSD or 1TB HDD. The 15-inch model will be available with an optional Radeon R7 M460 2GB graphics. It offers up to 8.5 hours of battery life.

The Lenovo Yoga 720 comes in 11-inch and 14-inch models with Full HD IPS display resolution and can be configured with up to 8GB RAM and upto 256 SSD. The 11-inch model supports up to Intel Core m5 processor, while the 14-inch model supports up to Intel Core i7 processor, and up to NVIDIA GeForce 940MX GPU. It promises 8 hours of battery life.

Pricing and Availability details
  • The YOGA 710 11-inch laptop starts at €799 (Rs. 60,000), available starting in May 2016.
  • The YOGA 710 14-inch laptop starts at €899 (Rs. 68,000), available starting in May 2016.
  • The YOGA 510 (Flex 4 in the U.S) 14-inch laptop starts at €479 (Rs. 36,000), available starting in April 2016.
  • The YOGA 510 (Flex 4 in the U.S) 15-inch laptop starts at €699 (53,000), available starting in April 2016.
