Samsung Galaxy J3 spotted on GFXBench

A new Samsung J series mobile device, the Galaxy J3 has been spotted on GFXBench, carrying the model number SM-J3109. 

As per GFXBench, Samsung J3 will have a 5-inch 720p display and equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable storage. It will run Android 5.1 Lollipop and for imaging there is 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy J3 is the successor to the Galaxy J2, a budget 4G LTE smartphone, which was launched in India last month. By comparison the J3 appears to arrive with slightly upgraded specs. The J2 features a 4.7-inch qHD display, 8MP rear and 5MP front camera.

Since it’s just a listing on the GFXBench, the specss of Galaxy J3 are subject to change. There’s no word on its availability at the moment.
