Huawei Enjoy 5 with 4000mAh battery announced


Huawei has performed excellently this year and currently stand as the third most popular smartphone maker in the world. The company announced the Enjoy 5 smartphone in China, which is expected to go global under a different name.

The main highlight of Enjoy 5 is the 4000mAh battery which promises up to 3.75 days of battery life with average use and up to 2 days of battery life with heavy use. It also comes with Power Saving Technology, to the extend the phone's life jup to 24 hours with just 10% charge.

Huawei Enjoy 5 has a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor with Mali T720 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion UI 3.1 on top.

For imaging there is 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OmniVision BSI sensor, 28mm wide-angle lens and 6P lenses. On the front sits a 5-megapixel shooter for clicking selfies. Connectivity features include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG. The device comes in Grey, Gold and White colors.

The Huawei Enjoy 5 is priced at CNY 999 ($157 | Rs. 10,000) for the full network version and costs CNY 899 ($141 | Rs. 9,000) for China Telecom version. It is up for order from vmall and will go in sale in china starting October 16.
